This version of Cinderella takes its inspiration from the Brothers Grimm, not Walt Disney. Gone is the Fairy Godmother and instead comes the hazel tree. Gone are the ugly stepsisters and instead comes the fair stepsisters with ugly souls. There’s a dark magic here, perfect for that standout indoor percussion show. Great for drumlines of intermediate level that is itching to put on a theater piece and push the limits of character performance.
